Today’s project site, we came to the Nalinhe Mengda Industrial Park, Wudinghe Town, Wushen Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia & Inner Mongolia China Coal Yuanxing Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (both of them located in China) to install 2 sets of formaldehyde plants named PC-8 explosion-proof weather station produced by our Jinzhou Sunshine Meteorological Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as GIOTEK) .

1. Product introduction

The PC-8 explosion-proof weather station is an integrated weather station developed and produced by GIOTEK based on market demand for special places such as chemical plants and oil depots. It integrates data collection, storage, communication and display, and displays data directly on the explosion-proof screen in real time through wired communication.

This explosion-proof weather station adopts the design concept of high protection levels such as anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, waterproof, shock-proof, and dust-proof, and can meet the use needs of chemical plants, oil depots, tunnels, mines, etc.

2.Features

1) Magnesium aluminum alloy shell, surface sprayed, waterproof, explosion-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof, and anti-corrosion;

2) Every part such as weather sensors, explosion-proof power boxes, display screens, cable connectors, etc. is produced in a standardized manner;

3) Multiple alarm thresholds can be set according to monitoring needs to realize the threshold alarm function and provide guarantee for installation and production;

4) Monitoring elements can be flexibly configured according to the user’s on-site needs;

5) Low power consumption design, optional AC220V/DC12V/24V power supply, or outdoor solar power supply. ;

6) Fixed brackets, portable brackets, and wall-mounted brackets can be selected according to on-site use needs.

3. Explosion-proof certificate

The explosion-proof weather station produced by GIOTEK is equipped with an explosion-proof certificate. An explosion-proof weather station that truly meets the requirements of national explosion-proof standards should consist of the following parts: an all-metal intrinsically safe explosion-proof sensor probe, an explosion-proof power supply junction box, and an explosion-proof flexible connection tube, coupled with stainless steel fixed brackets. Each process can truly meet the requirements of explosion-proof standards. In addition, users can select and customize monitoring elements according to usage requirements. At the same time, in addition to direct access to the platform, the display method can also be displayed through on-site LED screens. The explosion-proof display screen is a single red LED screen, and the size can also be customized.
